You know that feeling when you're all alone
When everything's hopeless and despair is prone
When you're lying in bed needing to cry
The whole world just passing you by
You want someone to hold, someone to care
But everyone is still unaware
That you feel so bad every night
The feeling that nothing will ever be alright
You know all the time that something's wrong
You've felt like this your whole life long
And your closest friends still cannot provide
Escape from this bubble you're trapped inside
You want to trust them, you really do
But can they deal with what you're going through?
If I told them, would they care?
Could I trust them enough to share?
