Arise and stand forth
with your head held high
dry those tear filled eyes
take you, steps forward
just another try
again and again
work your hands
with intense faith, dry your eyes
rejoice with hope
sing yourself of great gladness
from self torture let your heart rest
let it swell and grow
heal the beating life
that breaths in and out air
that beats to the very part of your prayer
just try
to let go of the fear
that keeps your head down
and your heart shut down
battle the battle that keeps you here
all that is asked of you
is to rejoice and try
with a little faith to dry your eyes
and the rest will be given you
