when i was a child
happiness prevailed
life was easy
now as ive grown
things grow dark
harder to understand
waters grow deep
murky under my feet
sometimes its death
quicksand pulling
my life swirling away
colder with each step
so now i sprial
so out of control
hoping the wind
will carry me
from the sinking
that is now in control

I like the tittle u know those 2 words can be applied 2 so many situations, that's a scary line " Quicksand pulling my life away " you've done well here your words realy make an impression on the heart. Great work u do.
