Lying to himself, Lying to others, Not knowing the face in the mirror, But its his, Living only to drink, To forget life, Age is his, But time has done nothing for him, Having no one, But surrounded by many, Wanting nothing that makes him happy, But only for a moment, Until its gone, over, or empty, So very smart, But knowing absolutely nothing, Hating in others, The very things he does more, A lost little boy, Wanting everyones pity, A low boring voice, Seeking attention through his obnoxiousness, Just like a thirteen years old, Wanting only to party and get with girls, I know not how he gets through the days, If it were not for his drinking, Hed be nothing, And would have nothing, Lost and not wanting to be found, Thus is the sad life of the quarterback.
