Captured your thoughts
they are now my own.
Your serene thoughts
such beauty, so serene,
and now,
I can call them my own.
Goodbye,
melancholic thoughts.
Azure skies fill up
my dark eyes with splendor.
My stomach replaced with
overwhelming gratitude.
Sickness no longer present.
My smile
No longer masquerading
My teeth are exposed.
I bear the merciless truth
this is nothing but a fantasy
an ever taunting fantasy.
So now my forlorn thoughts
continue their taunting
into the sickening day
through the sleepless nights
playing, ever so vividly.
