i sit here stairing
at a candle aflame
watching the fire
being so tame
some times it dances
left, and then right
light a candle in the dark
and you will always have light
you'll never be lost
with a candles fire
because it'll dance all night
and it'll never tire

I really liked this poem. There is a sense of hope to this...
Unfortunately my flame is extinguished and im forever lost in the darkness
had to get that out. Anyway, awesome poem! |
