I thought you cared
I know I sure did
I thought you liked me
But now I know
that what I thought
was wrong
I thought that I was your girl
But then who is that?
I thought that this was love
But now I know
that what I thought
was wrong
I thought that after you left me
that I couldn't move on
I thought that suicide was the answer
But here I am
my life slowing fading
To say that
