Like I never needed anyone before
Ill get it right out
Let you settle the score
Wait till youre ready
To leave me like the rest
Tell me we dont belong together
That this is whats best
So I care for you..
Like I never knew I could
I try to keep it hidden
The way I thought I should
But you stare...
And it goes right through me
To something on the other side
Something I try to be
So I love you..
Like Ill never know love again
I am falling so fast
And I fear the pain
That so often finds
A home in my heart
I wonder will you stay
Or break me apart
