Sunshine came and hurt my eyes
Through seduction, deceit and lies
Its all my fault, cause I was the one
Who chose to stare into the sun
Sometimes my days are plunged into night
From insecure feelings, full of sadness and fright
I followed a lie just to stare at the sun
And was led to believe that I was someone
But there was no love, just a lonely need
A pathetic attraction that harvested the seed
Of dissent in my world, now I yearn to find
An end to the darkness, cause now I am blind
