I'm not home
Please leave me a message
After the tone
On second thought,
Just leave me alone
My room is empty
I'm losing track
Just let me be
And paint it black
Paint over all the trendy popstars
With their fake, cheesy smiles
I hope I will pass
Through this, the first of my trials
The dark engulfs the small square room
It reminds me of an ancient tomb
There is no escaping the dark gloom
Of the dark black painted room
My room is empty
I'm losing track
Just let me be
And paint it black
The lilac it was
Before the new color
It is covered so easily
It's just like any other
I draw down the shades
They black out the sun
The T.V. is unplugged
And finally I am done
My room is empty
