I sit here again tonight
holding the same ones Ive held before
these pills, could fulfill my dreams
if I just take a few more
they help me to find serenity
before the hurt and frustration sink in
the thought of sleeping forever
a simply peaceful, quiet end
so far from all my sadness
that has slowly consumed all of me
Ill find the happiness I wish I had
alone, where Im meant to be
so Ill take these pills and hope
with this prayer, Ill no longer fend
let me breathe my last breath, at last..
and never return again
