Does safety come through illegality?
Dont you simply make justice a mockery?
When you lock men and children away for years
Are you not simply postponing your fears?
How does this look to the world over there?
Doesnt it justify them in saying the US isnt fair?
One law for the rich, the powerful whites
Another for those who live without rights
Must it not be the solution of arrogant men
To refuse real justice and just throw in a pen?
What short-sighted bigots could create this scene?
Perhaps the most callous men this world has seen?
Those who would lie to start a war?
Who'd build a reputation on blood and gore?
Those who used a nations anger and grief
The same sleazy band led by the Liar in Chief?
Those who see democracy as anything they do
While making decisions that dont include you ?
A hypocrite who says a fair trial awaits and then...
'Theres one thing I know, these are bad men.'
Theres too much hate in the world I think you know
Thats why, when you can, shout... 'Guantanamo No!'
