Sleep tight, tomorrow may never come
Day slips into this darkness
A child consumed by these black masses
Broken hearts never heal
When a mother has to burry her son
Drown by tears that soak her pillow
She left with a hollow in her chest
A place for him to rest his weary head
Distant eyes, of a boy to young to understand
He just smiles and holds on little longer
The doctor sheds a tear
Wishing he could take his place
And he wont sleep for months
Laying awake at night seeing all the smiling faces
As he watching them drift away
How can this all be part of some greater plan
Maybe Im just faithless
But no one has the answers to my questions
