With a brush of simple words
I long to help you get away
To instill within you hope
The promise of another day
As long as you have hope
Your heart still flies
Perhaps your own poetic words
Will be where destiny lies

Poetic Words
We write of wondrous visions
Grandiose dreams common to every heart
We coax, cajole and barter subtly
Simple yet powerful words to impart
Be not afraid to dream
Tho hope seems so far away
Allow your hearts to believe
There comes a better day
With verse we show heavens shore
Harmonize with an Angel as she sings
Hearken to the voice of hope
The comfort and peace it brings
In verse tears mingle with anothers
Hearts share agonizing pain
Poetic words bring comfort
In ways impossible to explain
Poetic words venture
Far beyond the earthly plane
Painting old and forgotten dreams
Upon memories frosty window pane
