As I look up at the sky
I notice it is grey.
Grey, was the color of my heart when it was in pain.
Grey, as the clouds that move in together to form rain.
Rain, that comes down slowly,
slowly just like the tears I once shed that turned into a river.
A river that I swam to get to you,
for you are my rainbow after the rain,
you are the medicine that cured the pain.
Pain, that no longer exists,
the pain that turned into love.
For love is what I feel now and its all for you.
Love, is what will guide us through,
anything that comes our way.
So lets run far, far away
the further we run the better it will be,
the better it will turn out for you and me.
