I watch as you lie there, innocently still, I touch your face, but its still warm free from deaths sweet chill.
One last time,I kiss your cheek, run my hands through your hair. I wait for you to wake up, but its true, nobody's there.
your glasslike eyes fix mine, as if to ask me, why? I never wanted this to happen, why did you have to die?
it was no gun that killed you no sharpened blade it was just me, on my own, and the stupid mistakes I made.
