GUARD YOUR HEART DEAR ONE
Guard your heart dear one,
'Tis the gateway to your soul
Seat of motivation or action,
Shoe inside console insole.
Guard your heart dear one,
For what you see or hear
Your heart 'twil take control
Negative, hurtful cohere.....
Guard your heart dear one,
Be diligent, be careful.....
A hurtful heart will bludgeon
Cheerful soul cripple.
Guard your heart dear one
Each day pass by negativity
'Twil cause spirit to dampen
Be choosey , comfy, comely
Guard your heart dear one
Be kind and loving to you.
Unto yourself be not alien
Love your heart, each day
your soul renew.

Oh COnni this gave me such a warm feeling. Your right this year seems to be an odd one, I think that large earthquake lastyear tilted us off the axis and has caused the galaxy and universe to go crazy! I loved this poem and the music fits with it so nicely.

| Wise wisdom to share and share. Guard our hearts indeed. I am afraid a bit too late for me though. For my heart is a frozen and barren landscape lost to the uncaring storms and there was one already.. a thief that snuck in and took my heart away..what was lef tof it anyway. Oh well...but I do find your insights to be rather good advice indeed packaged as always within your lovely worded poetry. Maybe I better guard what is left now...to guard my heart, love myself and perhaps have my soul renew. Another wise write dear ConSue! and I and I again adieu. |
