A boy sits crying in an empty room
Reliving the pain
Heartache and loss, memories remain
Images of sadness, litter the pages
Of his book of sorrow
Eyes full of rage
Lightning images, cross his face
Demonic betrayal, a threatening pace
A trail of revenge and destruction go on
New horizons for the boy
A new beginning
Unlearn the old ways
Aim for the future, he says
There will be more wars
But redemption is closer than he thinks
Strength grows with each passing day
But may be taken away just as quick
Warmth taken from me, by the cold of my hatred
Internal fire, with an external chill
The ice
Can put the fire out
And Ill become cold once again
Can the fire that burns
Thaw the ice, which encases my soul
Remember the past..
Move forward
Seize the day, before the day seizes you
And freezes you
And now as he stands with her in his grip, to finish what he started
he thrusts his knife into his mind, and now hes cold hearted
Darkness approaches, threatening me
The waves grow rough, as I sail the sea
Will the hurricane engulf me once again
Winds of destruction, hear me cry
Destroy whats hurt me, in a blink of an eye
Intense force building, the pressure mounts
The urge to kill, returns
the countdown begins
Blinded by paradise, unable to see
Sorrow comes swift, engulfed in misery
Remembering the pain, the flash of the blade
Kicking myself, for mistakes that were made
Getting a kick, out of digging my grave
But If Im gonna die, youre coming with me
