leave it all behind

Contributed by jishes_4_ever on Wednesday, 28th June 2006 @ 03:27:06 AM in AEST
Topic: Lifepoems

Can I tell you the truth?
I'm depressed
confused
bitter
and lonely.
I can't seem to dig myself out of the hole I'm in
everyday it just gets deeper.
The people in my life arn't helping
In fact they're part of the problem right now.
Everday I wake up dreading what will come
Not knowing if today's the day I'll finally say
Screw it all
and leave this all behind
Although I'm not sure I could do that
Because I would leave behind some of the happiest times of my life
But also some of the worst.
Maybe I really do need to just leave
Forget everyone and everything
and find somewhere else
anywhere else
that I could possibly be happy
but how do I leave everything I've ever known behind?
I don't think I can
and honestly
I'm not sure I want to.

Sad but well written.
I've been alone for the last six years and altho it's hard sometimes for the most part I'm happy.
Hang tuff cause things will get better.
Good writing.
huggs, prayer,
emy

Hang in there.
I've learned from experiences that happy ness
comes from with in.
Another palce and new people want really make it better.
I really don't know who or what makes you feel this way but if u r being abused the other person or persons are the ones with the problems. I can certainly relate to not being appreciated.
Just be happy with who you are and not how others make you feel.
Hang tuff.
luv, huggs, prayer,
emy

Leaving it behind does not help, I tried and it just comes back to haunt you. Face life and it will one day improve , just takes time and the will to succeed , You have written this so well, and it is truthful. Thank you for sharing it. Sue x
