Inside
She has no power
it kills him to
feel her flesh and vacant eyes
prowling his skin
And she's thrown against the wall
his bloody handprints
enveloping her naked body
Cover me
Cover me
These lies are digging
slicing and cutting
and we breathe raw thoughts
cold inuendoes and bare
illusions
this vulnerable truth
how it tears my heart
away
degrading
strangling
I walk a mile
in my own mind,
but I can't get past these...
