I barely remember life before
Fear I felt of things that now overtake me
It seems I've passed this realm door
Strength to object to what I didn't know
It didn't used to be me
But it's what I've become
Transformed
I don't know what me is anymore
The answers weren't in the books
So I found them somewhere else
And now I can't get out
My own denied voice
No longer heard
What once was another world is now mine
My once world faded into abyss
Being it the worst part
It is unstoppable by anyone
Just me
But I won't
I can't
Leaving it the power
Indestructible
We said we'd never get there
Yet look
Here we are
What once was compromised reality
Now has become
At first it was quite a shock to me
The pressure far subtler than they said it would be
But I've become with that pressure intertwined
I cant separate myself from it any longer
Passing it on
Just to make me feel stronger
Yet I lie here crying to the dark
Screaming fills my ears
Nobody hears
Where am I?
Hearing only my echo
I await conclusion
Until it becomes too much
Slowly suffocating
Before I can ever provide answer to my own querys
I escape them once again
Apply the pressure
Ease the pain
The anthem that keeps me going these days
The count of my last times
Insubstantial as the wind
On with this vicious cycle
Seeming without end
