WALK'IN DOWN THE STREET

Ive been walkin down the street
in my high heels on my feet
look in for the guy thats right for me

lookin in every smile
every face after every mile
in every look, image, and style

Wheres my man?--

in my sweats and sunglasses
I still look in all the faces
for the guy in all the right places

Ive been walkin down the street
In my high heels on my feet
looking for the guy thats right for me

I look for him all around
in every sight, smell and sound
listening for his voice to me, to speak out

look in for his touch
for the sweetness of his love
in all the crowds that push and shove

walkin down the street
with my high heels on my feet
looking for the guy thats right for me

been look in for my best friend
and the smell of his sweet scent
in every store, and office that Ive been

as I wonder down the streets of life
no matter how hard I try
im always lost deep inside
with out his glowing eyes
to bring me back to life
lookin for my man day and night

oh yeah, walkin down the street
with my high heels on my feet
still look in for the guy thats right for me
