Oh Israel - defend yourself! - for hell Surrounds you Israel on every side, Strike hard, - against dark foes oh Israel ! Defeat abyss's minions with might.
Sole noble daughter of the Middle East, Daughter of Zion, sovereign and blessed, Now threatened by the dark infernal beast, Of prophesy that oozes slime and pest.
Oh Lebanon! -your cedars high and proud So much exalted in our Holy Writ Are weeping, for you bow before the crowd Of Hezbullies that on your values spit.
Oh Lebanon ! why do you not excert Your clout to stop the foul and bloody hands Of Syria and Teheran that hurt And devastate your own and other lands?
Oh Israel ! - let rockets howl and scream,- It's Teheran that pulls the bloody string, Your cup of dolor is full to the brim,- But hills and mountains of your valor sing.
Shame on the nations, all too slow to lend Heroic Israel the succor due Who violated, must itself defend Or else the nations of the world will rue!.
Fops do not help the Palestinians, But whip up their frustration to the crest, Then pay for homicide bombers and their fans, And train them all to blame and hate the West.
Myopia and Oh! - indifference Leave European nations lame and mute, Or critizising Israel's self-defense 'Gainst powers lusting for the just man's blood.
Oh world! dull world! -have you the stamina The glorious stamina of Israel ? While you prefer appeasement of the ghouls It stands alone against the force of hell.
Oh nations ! let this not be unaddressed, Pay close attention, pray attend attend! Indolent lookers-on might soon be pressed And note that ARMAGEDDON is at hand.. . *Isaiah 4-2 Elizabeth Dandy

although it's clear you've worked hard here, that can be respected but i have to say i strongly disagree with your view. isn't it rather ironic that the jews themselves, once abused and humiliated in the holocaust are doing the same to innocent civilians in palestine and the lebannon? |

I aim to cause no offence but you are very misguided. if it wasn't for the instinctive decision of america and european nations, jews wouldn't have the land they've got now. the solution of israel was not a solution at all. palestinian children with sticks and stones aren't evil, but they get beaten and shot by bullying jewish soldiers. innocent lenanese civilians suffering at the hands of a rediculuous, heavy-handed knee jerk rection. now that's injustice for you! and of all the people that should no better it's the jews but they obviously dont. |

Master poet, I bow to you in submission to your supremacy in rhyme and content. Remember though, that two Israels are spoken of in scripture: one- physical, the other- spiritual. - Gal. Ch. 3 vers. 7,9,16,and 29. ( see praterism on web) I do agree with you in the contest between the decendants of Isaac and Ishmael though. God bless you. Lionel

hugs- Elizabeth!! So good to see a post from you again. Very well written indeed!! From my humble view- as to the other comments- the end times have been prophezied by many- I think it matters not who is right or wrong, just that we should pay attention that it is coming to pass. Peace and Light and Blessings...Sara |

absolutely, no good, can come from war-
(I disagree with your sentiments entirely, on that..)
but Isreal must defend themselves, this is true-
they've had to for centuries-
there's much more going on there, than meets the eye- and to boldly condone the use of "rockets", alebeit: the act of war, itself, is thereby, adopting the very same attitude that's kept the region in its war-like-state for as long as it has.
NOTHING CHANGES UNLESS SOMETHING CHANGES
it isn't a collection of nations, "apathetic" to the goings on, but a collection, who have much to lose by joining forces with Isreal and the west.
(as they, the nations in question, see it)
I gotta question your sagacity, but I cannot deny you, your stamina and idealism..
it's admirable.
..profound sentiments indeed-
peace to the middle-east

I would have to say that i am young in biological age. your knowledge is entirely comprised of what anachronistic books have told you to believe. i know my history of the reigion very well, from the romans and babylonian times to now. |

Wow. I may dis-agree about (enmass) calling Fleshly Israel God's people, ( I think Christs' people are Gods' people - see Gal. ch.3), but I can't deny that you are a great poet, and are a true champion for right in the mid-east conflict. I admire your talent and tenacity. God bless you. |

Words fail me. I'm simply stunned, and horrified, that in this day and age, sour old donosaurs like you are still around. I have already written to a moderator explaining that I have been in touch with my family lawyer to see what we can do about these images and poetry. Hopefully, something can be done to censor your ramblings.

I wonder Elizabeth, how you can talk about god and war as if one goes with the other? What does god have to do with war? Your god I guess condones it? He is pleased with children burned and mutilated in Lebanon? Yeah for the christians who continue to kill sadly in the name of god. Pitiful. My god is of peace and love and not the hatred you speak of . How sad for you and the Lebanese people.....any peoples, that someone would hope for war. Is your god smiling?
Peace, Laura (who is so saddened by images of dead children....in the name of god???)
