Here I am once more,
Struggling to fight this battle,
While trying to express how,
Much u really mean to me,
And as the days slowly,
Drift away I feel so,
Hurt because just the thought,
Of never speaking to u or,
Hearing your voice would,
Kill me completly,
So I'm sitting here crying,
And just wondering,
Should I leave u alone,
Tell u how I feel,
Or just walk away and,
Pretend that we never met,
Cause I don't wanna risk,
Losing someone that I,
Truely care about,
Its like when I close my eyes,
I invision u here with me,
And its so hard to let,
These feelings that are already,
Building up inside of me,
Go away,
Like a lost memory,
That I try to remember,
In my mind,
I want to make u understand,
That u will always have,
A place in my heart,
No matter where life,
May lead us but I'm so,
Scared that I will hurt u,
Time after time,
And I don't want to keep,
Feeling like this anymore,
So I have to say goodbye,
To what we have,
For the better

| A very emotional read. But a better conclusion in the end. I really think that it is for the better to let this person go on with their life. It hurts, believe me, but It is the best thing to do for yourself. Excellent poem. Kimberly |
