I have a place here in my heart
that I keep just for you
its a loving, cosy worm place
I go to when I'm blue.
I think of all the happy times
I had when I was young
and how we played together
All happy in the sun
I remember sitting on your lap
And the stories you would tell
and the songs you sang at bedtime
your voice rang like a bell
Yes Mom I still remember
All the loving ways you have
you'll always be here in my heart
in here right next to Dad.
