Alas my love I must away, To pastures bright and new, To ponder in a distant land, To follow dreams, tis true,
To take the hand , of fate you see, To follow my heart and mind, Be brave and also confident, For what I seek, I may just find,
And you my love , I must leave, Forsooth to say, my heart doth bleed, For love for you in my soul doth burn, Please wait for me, till I return,
My reasons to find my destiny, Lies in my haunted past, Where demons and ogres of every kind, Once held me in their grasp,
I suffered for my ignorance, And thee have shown me a way, To break these chains of torture, And find a brand new day,
So my love I must away, To this new and pleasant land, Do not grieve, for I must leave, I hope you understand,
