Its summer; its hot
Not liking it a lot
My brain is fried
No snowing outside-
Trying to write poems
My mind, it roams
As I view in-between
A TV commercial scene-
With turned off sound
Perhaps soon, I am bound
To get something on paper
I must look deeper
On TV, or in my mind, I have no clue
What either are saying, what can I do
Cables turned off here
Oh well, at least snows there-
Suddenly, a voice came through
I heard it say, I am with you!
It did not come from TV-
Yet it spoke to me
It said, the weather will cool down-
And your words, they will be found-
As far as your TV
I am very sorry
Now, write about snow
Topped off with ice
Youll feel cool--- and you know-
Soon two pictures will look rather nice!

We live by our perceptions, as the mind perceives of things so we speak and write.
Of course He is also the master of consciousness without which we could not perceive at all, - and He is Lord over it all.
The mind, being inferior to the spirit is just a channel of a certain state.in flux.
You bring that out masterfully, whether conscious of it or not.
Wonderful poem.!
