The Beast of Maniacal Designs

Contributed by doug on Monday, 24th July 2006 @ 05:22:23 PM in AEST
Topic: MiscPoems

I watch you from my window
you're a thing of fear indeed
swirling , horrid ,ugly teeth
why have you come for me?

sometimes you lie there silent
'till the demon fills your rage
then you both go screamin'
screamin' ' round my mothers grave

you swallow up the ground
feasting on the life it seems
with maniacal designs
you devour everything

I hang upon the window
this can't be real I'm going mad
please don't eat me lawn mower beast
I'm just a little kitty cat

Nice, you personified the lawn mower and took it from the view of the cat. My cats are like that with lawn mower's (and vacum's too for that matter). I think this worked out well, but the true test is did you enjoying writing about it?

Loved this one doug kitties are so funny about our mechanical beasts indeed. My Avalanche attacks the vacume cleaner though no fear at all we almost had a tail stuck in it one day lol. Nice personification!!
