A Perfected Reflection

Contributed by sride686 on Friday, 28th July 2006 @ 07:23:41 PM in AEST
Topic: DarkPoetry

A perfected reflection thats fare from true
A gloom in a loom that hangs from the screws
~~~~
Now Invisible threads that flow from the dread
From colors turned yellow a life that is mellow
~~~~
Fade it to black a life thats off track
To hell is the voice that is heard
~~~~
For once it was blue but now it is thru
A life that is forever changed
~~~~
Gray is the sea and emotions it brings
Pain in a heart that wont fade
~~~~
Slip thru the cracks a life thats off track
Now deeper insanity breaths
~~~~
Deep in my heart my life will depart
For blood that is red now fills me with dread
~~~~
Shadows so cold flow thru my soul
But they make me anew in my grave
~~~~
Reflection will fade as a life starts to change
For death is a gift my one final wish
~~~~
Take me away to my grave
~Steve~
Steve,
I liked this write very much. New style is nice also. This flows nicely and tells a story along the way of true deep emotions.
