A friend is someone who's always there
A friend is someone who always cares
A friend is someone who never turns away
But is willing to hear what you have to say
When you need to talk and no one is near
That friend is willing to lend an ear
I have a special friend I have known for many years
She has wiped away many a tears
We have shared good times and bad times too
But together we have made it through
She's more than a friend
She's like a sister to me
For thats the way God meant it to be
I thank God each and every day
For the wonderful friend He has sent my way
She's always there with a heart of gold
Giving me her hand to hold
Now to bring this to an end......
I love you with all my heart .....my dear friend.
