The rain comes with clarity.
I can breathe again, be again.
Reason. Reflection. Rehabilitation.
The dying summer left scalds on our thoughts.
We dont need magic
To dance between the raindrops.
Our God shines-
He is the moon;
Love is our religion
Taking place under the budding stars.
Bodiless figures connect
Indistinguishable.
And we are the leaves
Being swept together by the wind,
Furiously twirling around branches;
Sensuality
comes in the strangest forms.

I adore this. It reminds me, actually, of something that I wrote not to long ago - and because of that, I feel as if I exist somewhere inside of these words. I always feel a bit uncomfortably bold saying that I find a piece relatable... for it is, always, first and foremost, the poet's moment --- but I cannot help but do so here.
There is so much here... and it is, entirely, beautiful.
