Silence shuddered in nights deceptive arms Memories rose and fell to insane rhythms There was bliss that smiled for a fleeting lifetime Which morphed to a vipers coil spewing rage At neglect of an absent lovers selfish memory Obsessive yearning threaded through insomniac nights Patterned in the ebb and rush of latent desires Needs to be met from hasty promises Hollowed to fruition at lusts virulent grip Trysts in creation pulsing their pagan cycles Scents of life, of a most guarded saga.

OOooooo good stuff. I quite enjoyed the intensity of your write. I'd like to quote a favorite line from the piece, but they're all so good.
Thanks for sharing.
