I Think

Topic: MiscPoems

Sometimes I think of loneliness
Sometimes I think of thoughtlessness

Sometimes it brings me to carelessness
Sometimes I think I couldnt care less

When I think of you and me
I can usually seldom see

That the world is full of lonely ones
And then my mind, off it runs

I think of all who have none
I think of the lonely number one

Why does lonely plus lonely equal two
And what does the remainder do

Then I think of you and I
Then my mind begins to fly

I think of all that have someone
I think of all that have some fun

Are they part of the lonely sum
Is togetherness the sum of lonesome

So, if two equals one plus one
And if one plus zero equals none

Then one couldnt be any smaller
Then one is truly the loneliest number

I Think
