I am in the centuries
of innocence.
Lost in the history
of the ancient times
Unable to see
what future holds
You were the first
brave enough to come forward
Your courage never
faileds to amaze me
And yet you do not
understand your power
You saw it as
a curse never a gift
Eternity awaits you
As I hold you
In my arms and
kiss you passionately
The soothing
embrace of a lover
I hear your silent
cries for mercy
You want me to
release you but I know
I never will
Your agony is mine
Our hearts will
always beat as one
But I cannot give
you your freedom
Mine is not the hand
that will free you
Not now not ever
how I wish
You could understand
Your curse is my life
Without you I am nothing
I guess in our own ways
We need each other
My dark angel
Beguiled by my beauty
as I was by yours
And sometimes
beyond your sadness
I can see
The bitter reality
in your face
In streaks of blood
I see your pain
your anger
Unstoppable flow
of anguish
And my eyes bleed for you
tears of blood
A part of your suffering
Oh, my love
You've seen so much
I can but marvel at your life
That is beyond life
and grieve at your fears
So sad and bitter
Ringlets of death
about your ashen face
Eyes burning with
unearthly fire
Your lust for life
Rise from your grave
to follow the call
Blood-lines engraved
in your heart
Yield to a moment
of desperate hate
You are the focus
of each waking moment
Evil to be so
possessed by you
But I must have you
or be destroyed
So come to me my love
We'll share
that single kiss
And all my world
I'll gladly share with you
When we lay together
do you hear my heart
Crying out for your
endless devotion
When love envelops us
can you feel my soul
Devoured by the passion
in my deathless eyes
We must be more
than one flesh
We must feed and live
for each other forevermore
