I face into the wind
It brushes through my hair
I close my eyes and wish
And suddenly, you're there
Your spirit fills my heart
Your memory holds my hand
Leading me to the edge
To be together, like we planned
I cut through the clouds
As love lifts me in the air
Your promise gives me hope
Releasing me from despair
Gently I start to fall
Down towards the sea
I whisper your name
As I am set free

great writing... it has the feeling of a soft pillow. it
rhymed well and the added verse was exceptionally
graphic as well. Keep it up. |
