We are now many miles apart
but remember you're always in my heart
No matter which road you decide to take
Or which decision you are going to make
I will always be here, standing right beside you
Don't ever lose your faith in your dreams
Keep them as strong as the flowing streams
Dreams come true to those who work hard
And your dreams will come true with a great reward
Because dreams are what makes life worth living
You are the one dream that has made my life better
That dream that came true and made my soul brighter
My dream came true on that day when I saw your face
And to this day I wouldn't want to be in any other place
My dreams came true, so i know that your dreams will too

This poem is ok, and no doubt it has meaning to you but it looses it's rhyme and flow after the 1st verse, keep it up you have the right idea
