Theres a cloak of darkness
We all wear
But theres no reason for it
Anywhere
But we wear it all the same
In fact it has a name
Insecurity its called
Self esteem, social attire, its deemed
Its a one size fits all
And it covers us up
In some fanatical dream
And the beauty of it all
In it we cant be seen

I have that cloak to, think every one has worn it at some time.. it will really need cleaning lol..
Really clever way to describe how we hide our insecurities and self esteem.. Great poem.. xxx |
