Hi pup,
Seems to me a personal message instead of a poem. Where's the poetry?
You do seem to have the quality to express feelings and emotions. Try to express them with a touch of mystery, just point a bit, touch them lightly; you leave something for the reader to think about, to guess at, to wonder maybe.
Don't use capitals, they don't impress nobody; your words are or could be strong enough for themselves.
