clear in our minds
etched with fear
we watched the world
fall and break
on that day
the intentions were clear
we're still recovering
from the lives they take
we stood and fought
we feel the pain still
our hearts throb
as we relive the sight
we were hurt
by the intentions to kill
the battles of memory
is the war we fight
we rose the sea
with the tears we shed
as we watched
the terrors unfold
our lives fell apart
on the news we read
the devastating
as seen and told
