Messing up
Towers fall down
Watching a poor man drown
Eye me with pity
Contemplation and pain
Can't help what I do
This love ain't pretty
You're crying again
Can't stand the sound
Painful to watch
Cracking under the strain
Beauty in your eyes
Guilt in mine
I'm elsewhere
Looking at the sky
Poking and prodding
Goading the pain
I'll keep on doing this
We suffer the same
