what would it take to kill
i cant imagine the anger
i dont understand the will
on the edge of my bed, thoughts fill my head
watching the news
another one! dead!
another life destroyed in the blink of an eye
another young soul
to be sent up high
i dont get it. why is it so?
why do they kill?
i never will know
to kill is unthinkable, at least in my eye
and my eye will stay focused
till the day i die
