Topic: Lifepoems

Breath in a little
step back and rewind
all the past in fire
only ashes left to find

vanquish the void
battle fears and walk on
relinquish who we were before
live again once the pains gone

recollect pieces of a scattered puzzle
reconnect and reflect
life is free from old trouble

a thorn removed from my heart
these lungs again full with air
no more afraid to dream
not one more thought of despair

paths again open
steps taken this time without dare
the past taken as a token
i lead myself with a solem care

ive recollected pieces of a scattered puzzle

never again will i let myself have that trouble
