The smiles they seem to burn
A time spent without me
A joy I couldnt understand
Hell, it looks like a blast
The page I need to turn
Blinking away the tears
A joy I couldnt understand
The time and effort you spent with these
Captioned with love
Reminds me Im new
Wonder if I asked you to please
Never again speak of
To forget what you knew
Whether you could do it for me
And to do it for you
Make me think Im not a casual screw
Lie if you need to
Dont want the truth now
The past a hill to climb
It seems so small
Everything fades with time
Looking to the future
