The drama was killing me, life moving faster than I needed it to. The motion made me drop to my knees and I gave in to the swirling chaos before me. But now I think it might be all okay.
Tonight, homecoming nightI have the hope theres someone waiting there for mesomeone waiting to take my hand and take me back a few steps.
Slow it down. Cry a little. Give up your hold, and move on even though you dont want to. Its going to hurt, but eventually youll be fine.
Stare into his eyes for the last timethe eyes you feel in love with. The only things youve known. Remember your love. Remember your hate. Try to think itll all be for the best.
Somehow I just know, someday, somewhere, someone will be waiting for me. Theyll take my hand and lead me back home.
The world is slowing down and Im finding my feet. It hurts to see it all come crashing down, but somehow, its all going to be fine..
