Burning incense
To cover the smell
Of sex and drugs
A basement
Walls covered by heavy metal posters
A dunegon of so-called evil
The music so loud
The air so thick
You can feel it enter your lungs
But we are way too stoned to notice
Living life
With no view of consequences
No end in sight
Just an endless, open highway
To cruise along
But what happens when you crash?
What happens when you run out of gas?
One bad trip
Smoke leaving your lips
Watching in slow motion
As the car flips
Way to young to die

I think it is a great write...sad one, though. I could picture it all well, too well. Take care of yourself and breathe the fresh air once in awhile.

All very real to me indeed. Sad in the reality of it all as well. You wrote this intently and with a flowing style to it that I enjoyed.
