Sick separation of unwanted souls Tears of the unknown deaths But still your heart stays cold
Preparation of meals And teaching kids how not to steal Even if it kills
Dark rooms With shinny objects That shouldnt be touched
Sluggish feeling From the night before Because you had to be in so much rush
Things are said But know one hears the cries Baby being born But not fed
But we still lay there Stiff as a board Cause theres nothing to do
Moms tell you to go to school Be all you can be But you ask yourself why
When you can make a quick dollar hustling on the streets Even though with a consequence you really dont care Cause all that money you making going to keep you well fed
You see the stylist cars The biggest and best of everything
But on the flip side that same ***** you doing Is making the streets even worse
Cause you hustling making ***** work But then theres the once pretty lady Lurking up and down the street
When you give a quick look You notice that was the same lady Who told you to go to school? And be all you can be
But this is the is the consequence When the one place you call home In the ghetto

This was a very blunt poem.. You had came out and said what you had to say and it worked.. This was a good poem..
Take care
