A steady humming in my ears
an obnoxious beating at my head
if I open up and let it in
will let me be dead?
Watch the moon as it changes
as the darkness circles 'round
an ever fading spectrum
security bloodless, lifeless on the ground
Faces, bodies, all the same
blurring till nothing stands
whipers float on windless nights
rest slowly by calloused hands
Show me something flawless
a piece of beauty none can claim
I'll easily destroy it
just by giving it a name
A name, so simple yet renowned
something full of joy or strife
enjoy it till death calls it out
from the day you started life.
