Trapped in indecision, the fear freezes my mind
Frustration in limbo, feel I can't breathe
Subconscious thoughts, that I can't retrieve
Afraid of the past, and afraid of the future
Insecurity rips open the suture
That I made to close, the wound in my heart
I reopened the scar, I ripped it apart
The cold has embraced, the wound once again
I begin to cry, the pain returns through my pen
