She dances till night
She dances till day
She dances her life
Far far away
She loved to dance
For everyday she did
It brought her joy
And beauty un-hid
Why she stopped
A reason unknown
But I know the story
The story untold
She stopped not for harm
Not for fury oh no
She stopped for a reason
Of love untold
She went to ball
Danced the night away
Saw her Prince
In the light of day
No time to talk
No time to stroll
Time to dance
Beauty unhold
Ingnoring her Prince
He frown away
On the one he admired
Had slipped away
She was baffled
Why she didnt say
But I know
It was for the Prince she saw that day.
Not since has she danced
Not since has she leaped
She sits in her bedroom
And sits there to weep.
