Things that make my heart go boom,
Your presence in my living room,
The absence of fear, doom and gloom,
Your eyes they take me to the moon,
And round and round the universe,
This feels so natural, can't rehearse,
You pick me up, this heart you nurse,
You look so cool in green converse.
When you're away, I smile and smile,
You've made me strong, restored my guile,
Yet let me be my inner child,
You're hazy, crazy, kind and wild.
Alas good stories have an end,
But it's not fable, not pretend,
This love's for keeps, it's not on lend,
My soulmate, lover,muse and friend.
Two weeks until we drive away,
Where dreams unfold there, come what may,
Not dreaming of a better way,
Your bestest way is here today.
I love you tender, love you true,
And all the little things you do,
Cos you're my girl, girl I'm your boo,
Sweet Rachael Potter I heart you. xxxx
